Mirror

i couldn't face her now, she caused so much trouble already,

I tried to relax and hold my breath steady,

I tried to hold in my feeling, I couldn't show her i was weak,

i could hear her laugh even though she couldn't speak,

i covered my ears to block out her voice,

I had to do something, i had to make a choice,

i counted to ten calmly until my thoughts became clearer,

and i turned around slowly to face the mirror,
