King Tut’s organs were stuffed into pottery jars,
And left to rot until they looked like mars.
He was laid out on a cotton mat,
And mummified with a dog and a cat.
Hundreds of years passed by along with the odd troublesome fly,
A man came along and started to dig,
And that was when he found something mysteriously big:
A huge tomb.
He opened the door,
And didn’t believe what they saw
Bars of gold, pots of meat and an amazing seat
As the expedition led on the tomb was revealed
And the secrets were no longer concealed
A curse had arisen from this tomb like prism
A year later was a fateful day
Because the expedition leader had passed away
And that was when they knew the curse was at bay.
