Just A Thought

The trees roared, the wind battled
against the currant of the waves.
I shook, I screeched as it threw me to the ground.
It screamed at me, I listened for a second then I was out.
He woke me, I shook,
like a teared rattled paper book.
He said to me, “My dear,
you are so frightened may I hear?"
In a flash he was gone,
like a streak of light dancing to a song.
That was the last I saw from him,
it’s like he was a thought in the wind
and disappeared deep within.
