When I stare at a page
I see nothing
For the words are now empty to me
The ink is but ink and the paper - but paper
And there’s no beauty in poetry
And when standing outside
I feel nothing
For there’s nothing but nothing in air
And though people tell tale of the marvelous wind
All it does is tangle my hair
When I look to the sky
I feel sorrow
For the stars that so brightly do shine
Are mocking me
For I am nothing
And I am worth nobody’s time
