Sitting atop a tall gum tree
This mighty warrior is looking for a feed.
Scanning the ground with top-notch vision
Looking for something about to be in imprisoned
Lives life like a Muttaburrasaurus
Listen to it sing with its friends in chorus
Flying like a jet fighter to pick up the rats
Competition’s tough cause he’s up against the cats
With razor sharp talons attached to his feet
Crows are jealous because he just can’t be beat
Vacuuming snake heads up of the ground
Ripping and stripping and throwing them around
Has more courage than a dog with three legs
His teeth like knives but its feet like pegs
Representing our country with such grace
Don’t get too close it’ll rip your face.
