I'm scared of the unknown, I like being in control.
But every once in awhile, I let go of my heart and soul.
I'm restless, reckless, negligent at best.
And when I take a hit or two, that's when I feel best.
Drowning my sorrows in pain and lies, everything you see; is but a disguise.
To hide the come down, and mask the abuse.
Should I call it quits, or should I yell "truce?"
My white flag will not rise, until you see these blood shot eyes.
Filled with anything but hate for this world, I was once an innocent, little girl.
