Everyone does something to distract themselves from their reality.
Smoke. Drink. Run. Swim. Sleep. Drugs. Scream.
The most powerful scream is the one often not heard.
When they’re crying over a toilet.
Crying whilst their blood drips into a sink.
Crying to sleep.
Wishing for peace.
