Cheetahs are sprinting,lions are growling
Giraffes are leaping, tigers are pouncing
The monkeys are swinging tree to tree
The elephants are drinking peacefully
Where am I in the midst of this?
Listening to facts on human myths
Why can’t I be in the great outdoors?
It’s good for your health and has no walls
Instead I’m in a room all day, hearing to the teacher talk away
If only I could go back a week, enjoy playing and getting sleep
I could see animals get on with their life
And go out for dinner every Friday night
I know school is best for me,I just hope the year ends quickly.
