I am drowning in sorrow,
My heart ripped to pieces.
Void of all emotions,
The end of my tunnel is dark.
I'm resting at the brink of depression,
About to take that crazy leap.
At the last second my tunnel ignites,
The light blinding me.
Standing at the end is you,
My saviour, my love,
You hold me close.
And there it is a faint shimmer of hope,
it's not a lot but it's enough.
I'm a survivor and you're my saviour.
