Crashing waves and splashing seas
Shifting us sailors to our knees
Afraid of death, no one lied
The storm and sea are to decide
The clouds rolled in as dark as coal
The sea transformed to a monstrous soul
Savage winds joined the force
Destroying all with no remorse
Clueless of nature's cruelty at first
To sail the seven seas we had conversed
Only to become stranded in sea
We prayed to God to hear our plea
Soon the storm recedes from sight
The sea becomes as calm as night
We sailors are assured our life
Nature will end the strife
