The Apple Tree

One fine day, a girl named Flora had been picking apples with her grandfather. Flora loved picking apples because afterwards she would always bake a delicious apple pie. She also had a little brother named Jake and an older sister named Tess.

When Flora was done with school, she caught up with her friends Lily, Ryan and Amy. She brought them to her house and of course…gave them apple pie. One Friday evening, Flora was dreaming about picking more apples with her grandfather.

Well, the next day eventually came and Flora rushed downstairs, got dressed and ran to the apple farm with her grandfather. “WHAT?!” Screamed Flora. All of the apples were gone! Flora jogged over to the front desk and explained that all of the apples were gone.

The lady at the front desk chuckled, she said that it is Autumn and so the apples and leaves fall off of all of the trees. Flora was relieved and a bit embarrassed. Well, in a couple months Flora came back and saw all of the juicy apples on the apple tree. YAY! The apples were back. Flora picked lots of delicious, juicy apples.

She made her scrumptious apple pies and…gave everyone a slice.
