Waves are crashing, the wind is a roar
As she lies huddled there on the floor
the ground shakes with the boom of thunder
All men and beasts fear this wonder
An eye so huge, that all seek cover
as it it destroys all in its blunder
When it recedes, the world grows brighter
Yet she fears to stand, should lightning smite her
When at last she dares to rise
A landscape of destruction meets her eyes
Flattened trees litter the ground
Her house reduced to a dusty mound
She sinks to the ground and looks into the night
what did she do to deserve nature's might?
