Silence.
It's a monster, that screams at you or it can be the soft innocent child.
It reaches out for you, in the dark. Beware of the silence.
In time of peace, silence is the perfect gift for you.The perfect escape
But beware, for you start to think. You continue to think and think,
your imagination takes you overboard.
Suddenly you're screaming at the silence yourself.
It's become unbearable and awkward at the most.
You've created a battle.
You can't fight fire with fire.
What you can do however, is take it in.
Soak in the peacefulness of silence.
Who knows how long your going to get
Before you're begging for it to come back.
To rescue you.
I can rely that
Right around the corner
Is my trusty friend.
One thing I'm grateful for?
Silence.
