I am Broken.
It could be said that i was once a strong translucent piece of glass.
Now, i am shattered, weak and in many different pieces.
I was merely handled by the wrong person.
When you look at me you may see me glisten in the light,
But deep down I'm drowning; drowning in self-hate, drowning in pain.
I'm worthless and foolish, they said.
It's like i didn't mean anything at all after all that time.
I am broken.
It could be said that i was once a beautiful orchid,
An orchid that was one of a kind and pretty in it's own unique way; now i am just a petal, withered and brown.
When you look at me you may see something that is just past its time.
But deep down i am young; i am only aged by mistreatment.
I am ugly, they said.
It's like my life wasn't worth anybody's time, not even my own.
I am broken.
