Red roses, captured my heart
So fragrant, so unique, so delicate
Like this lady I cherish with a glamour of an art
So elegant, so mystique, so immaculate
Red Roses, never dare to touch and hold
I was never warned so I got hurt
They said this femme was brave and bold
I believed that, I was just never alert
I was never alert of being pained
I was never alert of being aimed
I questioned myself
The rose, the thorns, the lady, the feelings
Both of them I adored
Both of them I honoured
But why do the things you love the most
Are the ones who breaks you apart and makes you feel diagnosed?
