Unexpected Morning

I woke up this morning, feeling pumped up. Therefore, I took a sip of water from my cup

I plunged out of my bed and dashed down the steep stairs
Feeling puffed, I took a deep breath of refreshing air

I made myself some cereal to eat
Only discovering that my cereal was too sweet!

I tried to pour salt but it wouldn't come out!
I took the lid off with a explosion without a doubt

I stared at my cereal, willing to taste it
I ate a spoonful and it tasted like spit!
