Life given and taken away
In its midst, some are led astray
Good things happen and so do bad
They can bring you joy or make you sad
Troubles, problems are things we face
Sometimes it feels like an endless race
But a light glows amidst the darkness
Shining brightly past the boring starkness
Smile, be free and have fun while you can
Live the life you love, you don’t need to plan
Family and friends, the people in your life
Will be able to help you through times of strife
