Guns ready,
Bombs blowing,
Thinking to yourself, it’s time to retreat.

You see your mates face, bloody and red,
Dead, so dead.

Thinking to yourself, it’s time to retreat,
Your boss, fell to the ground, so did your mate.
But YOU know you still have a chance.

Thinking to yourself, it’s time to retreat
Your life is at risk, but you know you have to.

Thinking to yourself it’s time to retreat
Imagine what life would be like,
In those days.
