Let me tell you something silly,
So promise me you wouldn't laugh,
Have you ever imagined someone was there when they really weren't?
Stop laughing daddy!
It feels as though earth and heaven seems no longer bound,
Anymore without them around,
Because saying goodbye tore you to shreds,
So you just talk to them in your head.
That's unhealthy! Daddy said.
Because you know what they're like,
How they talked and laughed,
Like they were your other half.
Sometimes I wish it was all a dream,
And then I can wake up and tell you,
Daddy I had a weird dream!
It's impossible but… I wish.
