She stared at the mirror
Taking a small deep breath
The demons inside her
Filling her head
Loud thoughts overtook her
She was so powerless and vulnerable
The demons inside her
We're overrunning her mind
She didn't want to live like this
She decided to take action
And talk to someone
Everyday she got better by a fraction
Her friends noticed,
Her teachers and even her crush,
Her face shone and she laughed
Finally the girl looked back into that mirror
And saw no more demons
Forever gone, at last.
