I’m quiet they say;
But I here far more than most.
It’s nothing you’ll understand, they murmur;
But I’d understand a great deal more than them.
You’re alone and have no friends, they yell;
But unlike these people, I don’t desire to talk incessantly
To the daft and immature.
These people believe that being alone is a crime,
And shows you couldn’t make friends if you tried.
They’re unfair, and against all possible equality;
Only because they don’t know any different.
How do I cope?
I learn.
