Excited as can be
To really go and see
Matthew Pavlich the best of them all
His fingers are magnets that stick to the ball
Paint on my face
I tie up my shoelace
Ready to go
And see the Pav show
Retirement such a sad, sad thought
So I put on my scarf I had recently bought
The final siren goes
I've got tears down to my toes
Goodbye Pav goodbye
Tears fall as I cry
I see my face paint, it says Pav twenty-nine
And I hope Pav your life is more than just fine.
