Battle Of Stress

Stress plays a big part in my life,
I wish it didn't but it does,
It hits me all at once,
I fight it but don't have a sword,
I take hits but don't have armour,
I try to be strong against it but training doesn't work,
It is the noise that breaks the silence,
It is the impact that shatters glass,
It is the war that never ends,
It is the black hole that never closes,
But there is a way to fight it,
A way that I have discovered,
Complete all tasks that have been set,
And then the battle will cease,
This is how to get through the pain,
And win the battle of stress.
