He Had No Choice

It all started with a teenager whose name was Tom. Tom was eighteen when his parents had died which was horrible. he lives with his grandparents. Sadly his dad died at war.

Someone knocked on the door. Tom did not want to answer it because he was sad & angry about his dad.
He cried but he knew he had to let it go! He knew he just could not talk about it every second of the day.
His grandmother answered the door.
It was a man wearing a war uniform and he was holding a gun.` He introduced himself as an officer of the army academy.
“Do you have any teenagers”, he said confidently.
“Yes”, I replied in a nervous voice.
“You needs to go to war as we are collecting teenagers.”
His grandmother was crying as she said; NO… No he is not going to war I’m looking after him with my life.”

Sadly he had no choice as he grabbed what little he could and left the house without looking back as he couldn’t bear to see his grandma’s face!
tom felt sick he always bout his dads journal .when tom went to write in his dads journal there was a letter for him. it said
dear son I love you very much I will be with you forever in your hurt .

He felt like his dad was here with him as he travelled out to a new part of his life.
He is in pain running trying to find someone or something such as medicine that will help him.
tom found a village.
Suddenly a woman came out from a barn to give Tom a piece of bread
After he said thankyou he started to think he felt like he knew this woman…
