Excellence Award in the 'Spread The Word 2017' competition
An oblivion of the unbeknownst,
The enemy of the bored
In damnation, you kill it repetitively
But little did you know
The hidden treasures it holds.
You hear the cries of the mournful,
Despising their own ignorance,
Of the small moments that count.
And before you know it,
The Asphodel flower blooms
And it finally runs out.
