Strong, powerful, uncultivated,
Travelling across the vast blue ocean.
I am an ant compared to you.
A storm.
A storm I wasn’t expecting.
Splintering me into millions of pieces.
Left stranded on a beach.
You have disappeared.
Waiting for a reappearance.
You never show, I am now prepared.
Now tamed, you are like a dog.
Resting peacefully.
Growling at anything interrupting you.
I am reassembled.
I set sail once more and the irritated dog awakens.
Pulling and pushing me in 100 different directions.
You shatter me again,
This time I am damaged beyond repair.
You have won.
