The ship was cruising through the static, tranquil ocean.
Nothing in sight, except aquamarine icebergs,
Their irregular shapes a stark contrast to the dark sky.
The ship cuts through the water like a knife through cheese.
The ship holds hundreds of people.
Their lives just tiny specks in a massive universe.
Their life is just a blink of the eye to other beings.
None of them are important, not really.
The ship appears to be alone in the icy, dark waters.
But it's not.
A group of icebergs appear to move simultaneously towards the boat.
Slow, imperceptible movements. But these are not icebergs.
The captain of the ship does not register this.
They strike the boat's hull, sinking it in mere seconds.
Hundreds of lives lost, to one being; a force of nature
Godzilla.
