As the days get longer, you become my watch.
As the light slowly fades, you become my torch.
As the sun beats down, you become my shade.
As I fall down, you become my net.
As the road parts ways, you become my map.
As the rain pours down, you become my raincoat.
As the waves get higher, you become my boat.
As I sit here and love you, you are my everything.
