We live in a world, where
Toxic emissions harm the polar bear,
Water levels rising,
As the governments keep compromising,
The greedy waters, swallowing countries whole
As we consume more of the black gold,
The sun cannot stop burning,
And humans just keeping consuming,
We sit and stare at our T. V’s
Wondering how we can cool the breeze
Tantalizing over the growing issues,
Over the materials that we misuse,
The boxes, burning boiling coal
Fumes comin’ out like a volcano
All words no action,
As Newton said, ‘Every action has a reaction’
