We sit obediently in our little corners of the world,
unaware of the problems we plague.
The war, the poverty, the injustice that's all routine,
But from our corners, these dilemmas are vague.
But we watch from our corners, unable to move;
For we are the same, both adults and youth.
We think we are humans, mere people: nothing more,
But far, very far we are from the truth.
Although all sheer humans, together united,
We will form a special bond.
That the strongest of the strong can not overpower
We will realise the possibilities that lie beyond.
And we all, although in small corners
When lifted to the top of the globe,
We will realise that although we are small,
We, together, can create the strongest power- hope.
