Close your eyes to stop the tears
believe in yourself the end is near,
live each day as your last
because one day you're going to pass.
Turn on the light for me to see
and never let go of our memories,
life is a journey can't you see
death isn't the end of the road for you and me.
Do not be upset it was my time to go,
like how the curtains close at the end of the show.
Life has a beginning and an end
don't be upset my dear old friend,
keep me close within your heart
because everyone's life does restart.
Close your eyes to stop the tears
because the end is very near.
