Up and down you will go,
Through life serving you pain,and sorrow,
Although you mustn't forget there will be happiness tomorrow,
Because if there's no ups and downs in your life then overhead with fly a crow,
Never let go hold on through the times of good and bad,
If you go you will leave us all terribly sad,
Life may seem worthless and seem as nothing makes a difference,
You're only here once though,
So have some fun,
Don’t sit down binge watching your favourite show,
Go out for a run,
Run i say,
Run where only life can take you.
