I can hold myself together,
During the day at least,
I can occupy myself with mindless tasks,
Or even try to sleep,
But night is when the demons come,
To drag me to the deep,
I fight and struggle against their grasp,
I struggle to keep my head afloat,
But I feel like I'm drowning, collapsing,
And the waters always been so shallow,
But I think it's finally deep enough,
Sinking to the bottom,
Arms and legs like lead,
Unable to stop my descent,
Going under, Going deeper,
Going, going, gone.
