There is no day, there is no night in this once glorious land.
There is nothing to be heard, not even a whisper.
There is no wildlife to be seen because all the creatures have been lifted up to the life they couldn’t see.
The trees that were full of love and growth are just ashes being sucked down into the dead earth.
The soil that is left is the end of this misery.
The world we once knew is now empty, and the things we called home are now just a memory.
If only we could reverse the things that were gone, so our life would be at peace and our hearts would shine once again with the everlasting yet unforgotten light of God.
