Kite In The Light In The Night

There once was a kite,
That was under a light.
It was in the park,
But it was very dark.
It was night,
At the park.
There was a light,
With a kite.
I must have been there for a while,
I came back home and it was dawn.
I walked in and slipped on the tile,
I realised it was a bit of corn.
I picked up the corn,
Then mowed the lawn.
The lawn looked good,
So I put on my hood.
