I Am Like A Crow

I am completely independent,
Always hated by majority.
When I try to do something,
People chase me away.
Some say that I represent death, that I’m malicious,
But that’s not me.
I am constantly shunned,
Something I cannot hide from.
I have little friends,
Because no-one wants to know me.
People hate me,
But I have not done anything to them.
I am always lonely,
Even in a room full of people.
My cup is always half empty,
I have no escape.
