Sapphire

She has a tall, skinny figure, with thin black hair, like the night sky;
Her dark blue eyes, like the deepest depths of the sea;
Her breath smells of rich dark chocolate, with a hint of peppermint;
She has a warm coat, like a grande hot chocolate;
She is as fast as dusks cool breeze, after a hot summers day;
Her voice is as soft as a silk pillow;
Sapphire joins her wild horse friends at the first sign of a new day.
