I watch my friends get buried in attention,
I notice myself fading, suspicious and greedy.
Covetous grows inside me at instant kill.
I beg on my hands and knees for surveillance and observation.
The sun shines on them, acid rain pours on me.
I drift away like a ghost, everything becomes a
blur,
My slimy tentacles grasp for air but happiness
gases me,
I abandon into the shadows of the cemetery,
The whispers of disappointment and prejudice take
me,
Buried in the sight of attention.
