drip drip drip drip
its driving me insane
the washer in the kitchen tap has worn down again

splish splash splish splash
water runs into the pot
fixing the tile upon my roof is something I forgot

pit pat pit pat out the window I peek
my once dry backyard now looks like a creek

split splat split splat
my eyes are open wide
the rain has kept me awake
oh how I'm so tired!
