A single tear, trembling in my eye
But no, not yet will I let my pride die,
I must stand strong, pursue my dream
For those who jeer, I know I cannot scream,
To be a hero, to inspire those fearful,
I withhold my promise, and remain not tearful,
The bullies who are low, shallow and hurt,
Hurting those around you, so open and overt,
My small unheard words, they hold truth
Stop inflicting pain, on the shy and on the youth,
Inside each one of you, there is good, there is hope,
Over some time, you will learn to cope,
Whatever your problems, they will resolve
