Crash! Scarlet and Malikai fell onto the soft sea shell sand while the breeze swept through the tall coconut trees sending them around and around like a cyclone. When they eventually stood up they were stunned by the smell of sweet popcorn, coconut slice and aqua floss coming from the distance.

They found their hut and Malikai jumped on the soft springy bed while Scarlet was admiring the hut made of bamboo and straw “I can’t wait to stay here” Malikai said with excitement.

Out of the blue Malikai Shouted “A Extreme Tropical Theme Park” as he pointed ahead. “Well what are we waiting for” said scarlet happily. They ran over to the theme park and went on every ride numerous times. The rides were magnificent! There was Coconut Falls, Water Canoe and Reef Maze but the Water Carousel ride was the best because it had water running down the walls with water splashing at the bottom and the sound of crashing waves coming through the speakers.

The smell of popcorn was too good to resist so they both ran over to the hot food stand at the speed of lightning. They got a large popcorn tub and a coconut with a spiral straw to quench their thirst. It was getting late so Scarlet and Malikai sat down on the beach to share their popcorn and admire the view.

“LET’S GO FISHING”! Scarlet shouted “Isn’t it getting a bit late” Malikai said steadily.
“Just until Sundown” exclaimed Scarlet.
While fishing storm clouds started rolling in and it was getting darker while the rain started getting heavier. “Maybe we should head in” Malikai suggested.
They ventured back into shore with strong winds against them, the rain getting heavier and hail starting to fall viciously.
When they got to shore they quickly ran to the hut and looked at the fish they caught they were spotty with some strips.
It was now night time and the sky was a mixture of black and green and the sea current was so strong it looked like a thousand angry seals.
While watching the storm Scarlet noticed that water was coming through a hole in the hut. Malikai needed to come up with a plan to be able to stop the water and he had found the perfect thing! “A large sea shell will catch the water” Malikai said excitedly.
They laid down and drifted off to sleep while remembering the exciting but scary day they had.

In the morning they woke up to find junk all over the beach and something missing…
“The Boat, I forgot to tie it up” Malikai said worriedly. Suddenly an idea popped into Scarlet’s head. “We can use our snorkels to find the boat”. They swam out into the sea until they noticed a wooden boat in the distance. They both climbed onto the boat and decided it was time to leave Hawaii and go home.
As they floated away something hit the boat with a BANG!...
