Immersed in the thing she loved most,
The hot wind brushing upon her face,
Twirling around the shore, engrossed.
Feelings of incredible grace.
She dips her toe in,
A cool rush runs through her.
She lifts her chin,
.
As she wades deeper and deeper,
Minute by minute, hour by hour,
World closing in, fearing the reaper.
Drowning in worry, fighting for power.
The sea vicious, swallowing her, deprived.
And yet she still feels alive.
