A Frog Would Be Nice, But Not Some Mice

Let’s make a bet
That I’ll win a pet,
A frog would be nice
But not some mice.

At the pet shop
A frog did a hop,
And scared a little boy
Who shouted ‘ahoy’!

Then a cat pounced
And the frog bounced,
So I caught it
And bought it

And we lived happily ever after
With lots of laughter.
