Evil exists in this world,
with names, and faces.
It hides in respectable people
and respectable places.

Evil doesn’t listen,
it hears only what it needs to survive.
By draining a person’s good nature,
and cashing in on its lies.

Evil can charm with its smile,
or promises to answer your pleading.
It will sing you sweet lullabies,
as its knife is stained from the bleeding.

Evil can seem like many things,
a fool who you hold in your heart.
But be careful when the light appears dim,
Evil thrives in the dark.
