There was an old Tasmanian Tiger
He yowled to give people a fright
But then the people put up a fight
And put out old Tassie’s light
They picked up a shotgun
And they picked up a rifle
The yowls they managed to stifle
But to the old Tassie it mattered not a trifle
By the end there was none left
They all had laid down their heads
So the people skinned the dead
And went to bed
