Sung against a dying light

In the distance the boy kings take wing

Toward an uncertain future, a forgotten past, a fading present

A garden of memories in the white darkness-

How to forget?

A thousand fragments of thought

Spinning

Spiralling

Like leaves falling

from a tree

Falling

falling

never flying

(We're fools to think we were ever flying)
