Today’s the Grand Final, it’s a big deal
We have to win! The suspense is real
We start with our warm up, our coach is tough
Although it is tiring, the game will be rough
We put on our bibs, and take to our places
So that we can see, our competitor’s faces
The umpire’s whistle, is blowing and sounding
The ball goes up, my heart is pounding
I get the rebound, well that is my job
I pound to the space, and jump for a lob
A strong bullet pass goes straight for the wing
And all the parents cheer, and sing
It’s the last quarter, we are up by three
The team is catching up, it’s all on me
Our shooters get the ball down their end
They shot a goal, the siren sings. We won!
