Excellence Award in the 'Horizon of Dreams 2018' competition
There was a little boy in a peaceful night
When the luminous moon shone really bright
The laughters of families quietened
As the sound of gunpowders enlightened
Wars! The scary fight
Times people dying, families fright
The unfairness, among one nation
The untruthfulness, to the creation
Why are there battles, so rough, so vile
When there can be peace, with just a smile
Why did people rise wars
When there can be one world which God adores
Families and friends, all gone
While the rest of us remains, staring into dawn
Then gunpowder fades
Our hope evades
Leaving only ruins and greys
This beautiful town, now in decays.
