The clone soldiers march, to the same beat of the drum.
The metal turtles hum, to the cries of the young.
War brings peace!
Lands they fight for are never parched.
Prized beliefs are written in blood,
their lost souls make a great flood.
Lied to by a snake’s tongue.
War brings peace!
Horrors fester in minds so small.
Humans living like the fleeing rat,
to the constant rhythm of rat-a-tat-tat.
Money is the leading commander.
War brings peace!
Great adventure is what it’s called.
Widows and orphans’ mange through the grief,
Their families tolling for a sneak thief.
Is there anything, more grander?
War brings peace!
