I am strong
I am beautiful
Inside and out.
I am fulfilled in life,
But sometimes I am full of doubt

Am I good enough
To be one of the best?
Why do have to worry,
About how I look when I get dressed?

Why should my face matter?
Why should I conform and be tame?
Shouldn’t they just care about my dream
And the pride I take in my name

Why should I let others determine if I’m right?
And point out when I’m wrong?
I know life is difficult
But to get through this doubt, I will be strong.
